Who we are

This website is run by Arlington Brewing Company, 15 Ryder St, Arlington, MA 02476 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use drinkarlingtonbeer.com and what we do with it.

Information you give us

We only collect personal information you choose to send us:

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address and, if you provide them, your name and birthday (month and day only).
• Contact and retail-partner forms: your name, email, and whatever you write in your message.
• Job applications: anything you email to us.

Our newsletter and forms are run by Mailchimp (Intuit), which stores that information on our behalf under its own privacy statement.

Information collected automatically

• Age check: when you confirm you're 21 or older, we save a small cookie and browser setting so we don't ask again on every visit. It contains no personal information.
• Site analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, and we can't identify individual visitors from it.
• Hosting logs: like any website, our host (Vercel) receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the site.
• Beer Finder: if you allow location access or type a town or ZIP code, we use it only to show nearby stores. We look up typed searches with OpenStreetMap's geocoding service and don't store your location.

Third-party content

Some pages include content from other companies, which may set their own cookies or collect information when you view or interact with it:

• Google Maps (our location map)
• YouTube (videos on our Visit page)
• OpenStreetMap (Beer Finder map)
• Square (our online shop, which is a separate site with its own policies)
• Instagram and other social links

Their use of your information is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
