Winner of the 2026 World Beer Cup Gold medal for English Mild or Bitter beer, Trafford is a British-style pub ale that is low in alcohol but big on flavour. Toasty malt plays nicely with fuggles hops to transport your taste buds all the way to Manchester (UK, not NH) atop a dense head of smooth creamy foam. We developed and named this recipe for our friend Stuart, who wanted a beer that reminds him of home. But if you want the complete pub experience, you’ll have to bring your own mushy peas.
