Chef Rob Chalmers brings more than 30 years of culinary experience to Arlington Brewing Company. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University's Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management programs, Rob has cooked at acclaimed restaurants in Boston, Los Angeles, London, Italy, and Turkey, learning from some of the industry's most respected chefs along the way.
His career includes roles at Oleana, Lucques, and other award-winning establishments, as well as serving as a private chef for prominent business leaders, philanthropists, and public figures. For the past 18 years, Rob has served as Head Chef for John Henry, owner of the Boston Globe, Fenway Sports Group, and the Boston Red Sox.
A longtime Arlington resident, Rob is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that bring people together. At Arlington Brewing Company, he combines global influences with a commitment to approachable, high-quality food designed to complement great beer and great company.
