A British-style pub ale that is low in alcohol but big on flavour. Toasty malt plays nicely with fuggles hops to transport your taste buds all the way to Manchester (UK, not NH) atop a dense head of smooth creamy foam. We developed this recipe for our friend Stuart, who wanted a beer that reminds him of home. But if you want the complete pub experience, you’ll have to bring your own mushy peas.
